The Park MGM hotel on the Las Vegas Strip has now replaced the aging Monte Carlo.
MGM Resorts announced Wednesday the 3,000-room property on the Strip will officially embrace their rebranding.
The company invested $550 million to upgrade and rebrand the 22-year old hotel as it seeks to attract higher-end customers.
MGM teamed up with developer and manager of boutique hotels Sydell Group on the overhaul.
The Park MGM sign was hoisted up the building in April.
The renovations include reimagined rooms, new restaurant offerings, lounges, pools and meeting spaces.
The hotel will also open a Las Vegas version of the NoMad, a standalone hotel at the tower’s top four floors that will open later in the Fall.
NoMad will have its own entrance and lobby, high-limit gaming and a private pool environment.
