A tire and repair shop along Interstate 15 in Washington County, Utah has been ordered to pay $10,000 for not telling customers the full cost of repairs.
The Salt Lake Tribune reports this is the second time the Utah Division of Consumer Protection has leveled fines against Freeway Tire in New Harmony.
Regulators last year first fined the company $15,000. They later suspended half the fine on the condition that the business follows all state consumer protection laws for three years.

Regulators have since asked for the business to pay the entire first fine. The shop’s owner is appealing.
