A College of Southern Nevada political science instructor and attorney has been arrested on accusations of lewdness.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports charges against Mark Peplowski include two counts of open or gross lewdness connected with two 2017 incidents. A criminal complaint filed this month says Peplowski engaged in sexual behavior in public once in June and once in July.
No further information about the charges have been released and Peplowski’s lawyer has declined to comment.
