The final details of plans for a Raiders stadium in Las Vegas are expected this week.
The Las Vegas Stadium Authority will meet Thursday to discuss completing a development deal with a fixed price tag.
A subsidiary of the Oakland Raiders is overseeing the constructions of the 65,000-seat stadium, which is estimated to cost $1.9 billion.
A tax on Clark County hotel rooms will provide $750 million of that cost.
The Raiders are expected to move to Las Vegas by the 2020 season.
