Sales of existing homes in Nevada’s two metropolitan areas fell slightly from September to October but rose from October 2016.
The Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors says the October median sales price of existing homes in Washoe County was just over $348,000, a rise of 12 percent over the past year.
The Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors put the median price of existing homes in the Las Vegas area at $263,000, a rise of more than 13 percent over the past 12 months.
