Fans attending the Golden Knights’ home opener Tuesday night at T-Mobile Arena should arrive early and expect an increased security presence.
Following the mass shooting on the strip, MGM Resorts has said it has elevated its level of security for the game, which starts at 7:30 tonight.
An MGM spokesperson said that MGM is working with local and national law enforcement agencies to provide the enhanced security. The team is expected a capacity crowd and even sold standing-room-only tickets.
