After Amazon announced plans to invest $5 billion in the construction and operation of a second headquarters, Nevada wants in.
Governor Brian Sandoval said Tuesday he is working with economic development officials to lure the tech giant to the state.
Sandoval noted Amazon’s current presence in the state with its large distribution center.
The new facility would require as many as 50,000 full-time workers. Amazon is calling the new project HQ2.
