The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch across Clark County and southern Nevada for the weekend as thunderstorms are expected to hit across the valley.
The service put the warning in effect from 9 a.m. Friday morning and have it in effect through late Friday night.
The targeted area will include all of the Las Vegas Valley, Lake Mead, Spring Mountains and Red Rock Canyon and Southern Nye County.
