The president of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America visited Las Vegas this week to participate in an action forum.

Richards’ message for U.S. Sen. Dean Heller was to "listen to his constituents."
Heller, a Republican from northern Nevada has favored stripping funding to Planned Parenthood in the past. The organization has been reaching out to his staff in the hopes that he will rethink his support.
Planned Parenthood has been frequently criticized by the socially conservative wing of the Republican Party, and knows that a money battle is imminent. U.S. representative Ruben Kihuen was in attendance at the event.
