Larry's Villa Loses Licenses To Operate

A Las Vegas strip club that was the site of a fatal shooting in June has lost its license.

The City Council on Wednesday unanimously suspended and permanently revoked the recently shuttered Larry's Villa's restricted gaming, tavern liquor, tobacco dealer and coin amusement machine licenses.

Business Licensing Manager Mary McElhone cited a "continual and repetitive" pattern of illegal activity at the establishment, including stabbings, shootings, battery, robberies and domestic disturbances.

Las Vegas police received 490 calls for service to Larry's Villa between January 2014 and June 2016.
