Biography provided by the candidate:

Retired from both the U.S. Air Force and Civilian Government Service.  Over 35 years as a contract specialist, with 18 years in Management.  I have an AS Degree in Contracts Management and a BS Degree in Liberal Studies with a depth in Management and Psychology.

I believe that everyone deserves a chance to enjoy the American dream.  I believe that every young person deserves an opportunity to succeed in life regardless of their families social and economic status. I believe that no one should suffer or die because of a lack of medical coverage. I believe that no one in our country should go to bed hungry or be homeless.  I believe that the strong labor unions are the key to sustaining the middle class.

Repeal the "Right to Work" for less legislation. Repeal the The Education Savings Account Program (ESA) that takes money away from public schools in violation of the constitution.  Establish a state loto to fund college tuition as at least 12 other states have done.

Question: If recreational marijuana is legalized by voters in this state, do you want revenue from it to fund health initiatives, research and/or youth awareness campaigns?

The revenue should be used to fund the social program determined to be the most under funded.

Question: Many elected officials in Clark County say they’d like to see the property tax cap changed – that its time because tax revenues aren’t meeting budgets. Is that an idea you want to see the legislature tackle?

I am undecided on where the increased tax revenues should come from.

Question: Do you support the construction of a taxpayer-funded NFL stadium?

I do not support a taxpayer funded NFL stadium.  Revenues to build a stadium should come from those that actually profit from the stadium.
