Red Rock To Buy Palms

Red Rock Resorts, the company operating as Station Casinos, announced it was purchasing the Palms hotel-casino in Las Vegas for $312.5 million.

The acquisition comes after the company's recent IPO, which raised more than $500 million.

Red Rock expects the sale to complete later this year.
