Ammon Bundy Offered To Plead Guilty In Malheur Case

Ammon Bundy, the son of Cliven Bundy facing trial for leading the occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon earlier this year, offered to plead guilty to all charges if those also charged would be released.

The Oregonian reports Bundy's lawyer made the offer to the federal government after Bundy was arrested.

The government turned down the request.

A total of 27 people are facing charges related to the standoff, which ended in February after 41 days.
