UNLV Hires Samuel To Replace Seumalo As D-Line Coach

LAS VEGAS (AP) — UNLV coach Tony Sanchez has added Tony Samuel as the Rebels' new defensive line coach.

Samuel replaces Joe Seumalo, who left for the same position at Arizona State last week.

Samuel coached at Georgia State last season and has 16 years of head coaching experience at New Mexico State (1997-2004) and Southeast Missouri State (2006-13). He also spent 11 years coaching linebackers and rush ends at Nebraska under coach Tom Osborne.
