A Las Vegas company is planning a 125-room hotel by the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
Vegas Inc. reports that CAI Investments announced Wednesday that it has signed an $18 million deal for the development. The hotel will be a Starwood Hotels-branded development.
The company says construction should begin in July and last for about a year.
Once complete, the hotel will be operated by Crescent Hotel Management. It is expected to create 29 permanent jobs and 59 construction jobs.
