Republican presidential candidate John Kasich is canceling a pre-debate coffee meeting with voters in Las Vegas.
The Ohio governor had scheduled the campaign event for Tuesday at Tipsy Coffee House in southwestern Las Vegas. His campaign called off the gathering on Monday.
Kasich is one of several candidates who announced campaign events before or after the CNN Republican debate, which is scheduled for Tuesday evening at The Venetian resort.
