Miss Universe Pageant Returns To Las Vegas In 2016

The Miss Universe pageant is coming back to Las Vegas.

The Las Vegas Sun reports the pageant struck a deal with the Planet Hollywood resort-casino on the Las Vegas Strip next December.

The pageant most recently was a joint endeavor between NBC and Donald Trump, but NBC sold its 50 percent stake to Trump earlier this year and the presidential candidate then sold the whole thing to William Morris thereafter.

The pageant now will air on Fox.
