The city of Elko says a redevelopment plan that cost the city almost 100 thousand dollars is more or less worthless.
The Elko Daily Free Press reports the city's redevelopment agency spent 94 thousand dollars on a consultant's plan that was supposed to be part of the city's redevelopment plan.
However, upon review, the agency determined the plan did not have what the things the agency needed, and decided unanimously to reject its recommendations.
