ELKO, Nev. (AP) — The 911 phone lines for the Elko police and fire departments were down for about three hours Monday.
KTVN reports that the emergency phone lines were down for about three hours Monday before service resumed around noon.
People were told to call the dispatch line directly during the outage.
Authorities haven't said what the cause of the issue was.
