New Year, New Las Vegas Optimism?

We’ve swept up the confetti,  cleared the beer bottles from The Strip. Hopefully the hangover is long gone and you’re looking into the blank slate of this new year.

What's the new year hold for us, as Nevadans emerging from the abyss of the recession? We check in with some long-time Las Vegas residents to take stock of where we've been and where we're going -- and to sneer at all those worst-of lists Nevada keeps dominating.
