A Nevada Department of Welfare building in North Las Vegas was evacuated this afternoon because of fumes from graffiti cleanup.  It was being done at the back of the building, located at W. Craig Road and Ferrell Street. The North Las Vegas Fire Department said it received a call at 12:43 p.m. that people in the building were feeling sick and lightheaded. Four people were treated and released at the scene and employees were sent home. Surrounding buildings and parking lots within 300 feet were also evacuated.
