Family Courts Help Those Who Represent Themselves

Most of the people who enter the family court system in Clark County do so without a lawyer. So Judge Gayle Nathan launched a program to better prepare them for the legal system. Bad representation can damage a person's income and child custody case. So it is ever a good idea to go to court without a lawyer?
