New home sales in Las Vegas during the first half of 2014 were down about twenty-five percent from a year before, according to a new study from Home Builders Research. The decline is sharper than the four percent drop nationwide.
Vegas Inc. reports that factors contributing to the decline include flat wages, high listing prices, and credit problems.
