OJ Simpson tries again

O.J. Simpson is appealing once again.

Wednesday Simpson's lawyers resubmitted an appeal with the Nevada Supreme Court seeking a new trial. They're asking the high court to reconsider whether the former football star's 2008's trail attorney had conflicts of interest and botched the defense. A Nevada judge ruled last year that Simpson failed to demonstrate that was the case.

Next week is the 20th anniversary of the slaying of Simpson's ex-wife and Ronald Goldman in Los Angeles.
