A lawsuit filed by McDonald’s workers in California, New York and Michigan accuses the fast food giant of wage theft. The suit alleges that the company refused to pay workers overtime, made them work off the clock and even removed hours from their timecards.
Today, McDonald’s employees in Las Vegas are staging a protest in support of this lawsuit, claiming that wage theft is also happening in Nevada.
