Lawsuit Takes Aim At The BLM And The Proposed Water Pipeline

The Center for Biological Diversity and a group of White Pine County citizens filed two separate lawsuits against the BLM on Wednesday for permitting the water pipeline. The latest lawsuits allege that the pipeline will degrade habitat for several threatened species. How can a lawsuit directed at the BLM stop a pipeline project planned by the Southern Nevada Water Authority?
