Clark County School District Superintendent Dwight Jones and State Superintendent James Guthrie left earlier this year after short tenures in thier respective posts. And now UNLV President Neal Smatresk is stepping down to take a job in Texas. How will all this turnover affect education in Nevada? And how much does leadership matter anyway?
