Nevada Supreme Court Upholds Tip Sharing

Should a casino company be allowed to take tips given to dealers and give some to supervisors? The Nevada Supreme Court says it's perfectly legal. Nevada courts have been grappling with the Wynn Resorts tip sharing policy for years. Representatives of dealers say the policy is unfair. But casino executives say it is a good way to compensate pit bosses and other supervisors. A reporter explains what this might mean for dealers and casinos in Nevada.
