Lynn Warne, president of the state's teachers union, is stepping down later this summer. Before she does, she's joining us to discuss the departure of Clark County Superintendent Dwight Jones as well as the state's superintendent of public education, James Guthrie. She'll also discuss what she believes that residents need to know about the 2-percent margins tax.
