School District and Teachers Union Trade Barbs

The Clark County School District wants to know how $2.4 million it paid to the  Clark County Education Association's Community Foundation which funds teacher training was spent over the last six years.  The district has questioned whether or not those funds were spent for their intended purpose and, they may ask for it back if the union can't show how it used the money.  The union is also being scrutinized by the IRS for how much it spends on executive salaries, one executive brought in more than $600,00 annually. Las Vegas Review Journal Reporter, Trevon Milliard has detailed the dispute between the district and the union and he joins us.
