Fixing Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth

Some Clark County Commissioners want to take $100,000 originally designated from County Grant Funding, from the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth, founded by Kathleen Vermillion.  Vermillion left amid concerns she misused the charity's money.  And, she is embroiled in a lawsuit with County Commissioner Steve Sisolak.  Now the directors of the nonprofit say losing that money will be devastating.  How is the partnership making it in the midst of this scandal?  What does the nonprofit's financial situation look like?
