Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez-Masto Takes on Banks

Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez-Masto has guts. She's taken on big banks, like Bank of America, for allegedly frauding homeowners in her state.

On Cortez-Masto's watch, the Attorney General's office has been very active in suing the big banks, indicting fraudulent robo-signers and make sure that the banks live up to their agreements. Will she make a difference as homes remain under water and homeowners continute to think about walking away?

On our show, we discuss what she can do as state attorney general, and whether her efforts will, in fact, help Nevada homeowners.
