Harvesting Crayfish from Lake Tahoe

More than 200 million crayfish swimming around Lake Tahoe.  A Nevada man wants to turn that into profit.  Fred Jackson says harvesting the crayfish would help control algae blooms and non-native fish.  But opponents say letting one company in would open the lake to overcrowding.  What are the benefits to harvesting crayfish?  The downsides?  And is there a real market for crayfish here in Nevada?
