Online Poker Indictments

Three of the largest online poker websites are under indictment for fraud, bribery and conducting illegal gambling operations. The site PokerStars.netis one of the three sites included in that indictment and they are the chief backers of Assemblyman, William Horne's online poker bill that lawmakers in Carson City are considering.

One Nevada lawmaker says in the wake of the federal indictment into PokerStars.net it's time to investigate what's gone on in Nevada since PokerStars made financial contributions to about 68 candidates in the state. There is also buzz in Carson City that the indictment could spell the end for efforts to legalize online poker in Nevada. State Senator Greg Brower and Las Vegas Review Journal Columnist, Steve Sebelius join us to discuss the latest on what's going on with online poker in Nevada.
