Around the country pro-immigrant activists have chided the Obama administration for failing to deliver on his campaign promise of immigration reform. And now some states are tired of waiting. Lawmakers in Arizona passed a controversial anti-immigrant law this week that gives police officers the power to act as immigration enforcers. Could that harsh treatment drive immigrants to Nevada and other parts of this region?
