Second-hand Smoke

Another dealer has sued a megaresort because of second-hand smoke. Is smoke just a part of the job or should casinos be able to do something to fix the problem when the gambling halls are one of the last refuges for smokers? Kanie Kastroll and her attorney tell us what she wants done to make casinos safe for dealers.
