Brit's Super Casino

In January, the British culture minister announced that the city of Manchester would be the site of Britain's largest casino. The announcement came after a nationwide debate over expanding gaming in a country that has long loved to wager on horse racing, but casino's are more like small, private clubs. Dave Schwartz offers his perspective on the development and the announcement by Tessa Jowell.
