Mining Public Land

Congressman Jim Gibbons says private mining companies should be able to buy some public lands. But a provision allowing this was stripped from the current budget bill due to growing opposition. Still Gibbons says he'll keep fighting to modernize arcane mining laws. Benjamin Shaw reports from Capitol Hill.
