5-Year-Old Pulled Out Of North Las Vegas Fire, Officials Say

LAS VEGAS (AP) — North Las Vegas Fire Department officials say workers pulled a 5-year-old girl from a flaming apartment building on Saturday then revived her.

Fire department officials say the girl was not breathing when initially taken out of the burning building, but she was later revived.

She was taken to the hospital and was said to have been in serious condition as of Saturday.

One other child and an adult were also transported to the hospital. The apartment building sustained heavy smoke and water damage. KSNV-TV reported that the cause of the fire was unknown as of Saturday.
