The Reno Gazette-Journal reports Judge Scott Freeman sentenced the 42-year-old man on Monday and credited him 78 days for time served. Upton's conviction and sentence stemmed from a shooting of a 16-year-old  Upton said was suspicious and confronted him near Huffaker Park in September 2017.
