California Police Investigating Rural Nevada Sheriff In Rape Case

Police in California are now investigating a rural Nevada sheriff for his possible involvement in the 2015 rape of a woman in a Lodi hotel.

This is the latest in the sexual assault allegations against Storey County Sheriff Gerald Antinoro.

In July, Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt said he would not pursue charges against the sheriff after a lengthy investigation centering around Antinoro and a former deputy.
