Democrats In Nevada Congressional Delegation Oppose Immigration Policy

All four Democratic members of Nevada’s congressional delegation have issued forceful statements opposing President Donald Trump’s border separation practices.

The Reno Gazette-Journal reports Republican Senator Dean Heller called the practice a “terrible policy,” and Republican Representative Mark Amodei signaled his opposition as well.

Public outcry over the Trump administration’s controversial immigrant family separation policy has been substantial, with a bipartisan chorus of lawmakers opposing the action.
