Former Congressman Cresent Hardy Running To Re-Take Seat

Former Republican Representative Cresent Hardy is running this year to re-take the congressional seat he formerly held in Nevada’s 4th District.

Hardy filed documents Thursday with election officials.

The seat is currently held by Democrat Ruben Kihuen who has been accused of sexual misconduct.

He has denied any misconduct but has said he won’t seek re-election.

Earlier this week, Las Vegas City Council member Stavros Anthony announced his withdrawal from the race, citing health concerns as the reason.
