Nevada Getting $1 Million To Help With Aftermath Of Shooting

The federal Justice Department has announced it is offering a $1 million grant to the state of Nevada to help cover immediate costs of responding to the mass shooting of October 1. 

The announcement was first made in a Twitter message from President Trump. 

The funds are being drawn from an emergency response fund contained in the Bureau of Justice Assistance.
