The Clark County Education Association has filed an unfair labor charge against the Clark County School District.
The Nevada Independent reportsthe union filed the charge yesterday with the Employee Management Relations Board. The action was in response to a memo the district sent to staff on April 6 that announced revisions to a guide of continuing credits that count toward pay increases.
CCEA is arguing the changes negatively affect educators who have already invested time and money into development courses.
