Nevada voters faced four questions on their ballots this Election Day, and all of them passed.
Question 1, which requires background checks for gun sales in the state, passed with a little more than half the vote.
Question 2 legalized the recreational use of marijuana with 54 percent of the vote, and question 3, which will break up the energy monopoly, won with more than 70 percent of the vote, as did state question 4 on the taxation of durable medical equipment.
