Nevada Senator Dean Heller has suggested he may skip attending this summer's Republican National Convention in Cleveland because of security concerns.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports Heller pointed to recent protests and demonstrations at rallies for Republican frontrunner Donald Trump as examples of how the convention writ large may be unsafe.
An RNC spokesperson told the Review-Journal the party and the Secret Service are working to ensure security at the convention.
