An SLS statement says the casino-hotel will partner with any union employees choose to represent them and notes a majority of hourly employees are members of unions.

Local 986 has three complaints pending with the National Labor Relations Board against SLS saying management has questioned workers about union efforts, threatened to outsource valet services and reduce wages.

The union says the company fired three workers for their unionizing efforts.

An SLS representative didn't respond to specific questions about the union's allegations.
