Ullr Fest

Ullr Fest

Ullr Fest is a free, all-ages celebration that features live music, food and drink specials, roasting s’mores over a fire, and more. Guests are encouraged to wear costumes or winter-themed attire to enjoy this countdown to opening day, slated for Friday, Nov. 21.

Ullr Fest (pronounced “ool-er”) is a longtime ski town tradition across North America where skiers and snowboarders gather to “summon Ullr” for a snowy season. Ullr, a god from Norse mythology, is associated with winter and known as a skilled skier. A ski-town version of Mardi Gras, Ullr Fest brings a lively, communal vibe, with skiers and snowboarders wearing horned Viking helmets, snow gear, and other winter-inspired costumes to celebrate the ski season.

Free to attend. More info at "Get Tickets."
