The Nevada Treasury's annual Back-to-School Fair aims to provide important school essentials as well as a range of resources to help students prepare for the school year. The first 1,000 K–12 students in attendance will receive a free backpack or lunchbox. A variety of free services will be provided by the Treasury and its community partners, including school supplies, haircuts, balloon art, face painting, and themed photo opportunities.

Additionally, students and their families will have a chance to win more than $1,000 in raffle prizes donated by 15 local businesses and community organizations, including two 529 college savings plans, a laptop and an iPad.
